Where do you photograph Media Day?
I can come to your school, gym, stadium, practice facility, or another approved location that best fits your team.
Do you travel?
Yes! I love traveling for Media Days. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
What should athletes bring?
I recommend bringing clean uniforms, game equipment, and any accessories you'd like featured in your photos, such as helmets, balls, bats, gloves, or other sport-specific gear.
Will you help with posing?
Absolutely! You don't need any modeling experience. I'll guide every athlete through poses and expressions so everyone looks confident and comfortable.
Can you photograph both individuals and teams?
Yes! I can capture individual portraits, team photos, position groups, coaches, and creative content—all during the same Media Day.
When will I receive my photos?
I'll provide an estimated delivery timeline before your session, and every gallery is professionally edited before it's delivered.
Can the photos be used for social media and recruiting?
Absolutely! My Media Day images are perfect for social media, recruiting, team graphics, websites, and promotional materials. They should not be used by any other creative for monetary gain without prior consent.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
If weather or unexpected circumstances affect your session, I'll work with you to find a new date as quickly as possible.
How do you book a Media Day?

Can we order print materials?
